The Books

I know I keep telling you how great they are, but seriously, I can not wait to put them on display in the Library. I already have it cleared by everyone up there and on Monday right at the beginning of class we will be putting your books up with a write up on thier meanings.

I will also take pictures so we can post them here as a slideshow to show off how cool they are.

Artist Book Expectations:

“How Things Change”

Cover, Thesis Statement, visually

At least 5 double sided pages (so 10 total)
Include experimentation with layering images and color on at least 3 of them.
Include at least 4 pages with 50% of text, examples include:
    Poem
    Quotes
    Song Lyrics
    Your own stream of consciousness writing
    Journal
    Current Events article
    Editorial

Collage and found object
At least 2 pages should invade space, come off the page
1 visual pun
Binding
Box, container, lock or wrapping.
